Attending the Event

To make the most of your time at the retreat, please remember to bring the following items:

• Your own bedding, including pillows.

• Sport attire and comfortable walking shoes.

• Warm clothing for cooler evenings.

• Traditional clothes or attire to celebrate our heritage.

  
  

Accommodation Details

Accommodation will be in shared rooms. Upon arrival, you will be informed about your roommate. We are committed to making your stay enjoyable. If you have any special needs or requests, please let us know as soon as possible. Your comfort is our priority.

Food and Dietary Needs

We will provide a variety of food options at the retreat. If you have specific dietary requirements, such as being dairy-free, vegetarian, or pescatarian, please inform us in advance. We want to ensure that everyone enjoys their meals.

Refreshments and Drinks

Soft drinks will be available at the camp. If you prefer to bring your own beverages, please note that only canned and plastic bottled drinks are allowed. No glass bottles will be permitted for safety reasons.

Transport Arrangements

If you need transportation from Hamilton Airport, the Intercity Bus Station, or the Train Station to the camp upon your arrival, please let us know. We are happy to assist you with your travel arrangements.

Ticket Information

As of 13 October 2025, remaining tickets were made available to other nationalities. However, Zambians are still welcome to purchase from the few remaining tickets. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with our community.
